Fire Shield will also negate one blow from a weapon that does normal or magical flame damage but will not stop special damaging martial attacks such as the Slay, Critical Strike, Stun, Assassinate, etc. skills. A Fire Shield will protect against extreme non-magical heat such as molten lava for 5 seconds.
