By purchasing this 10 build skill, a character learns the basics of being a rogue.

This will enable them to buy any Rogue Career List skills at the ‘on list’ cost, and refund any build spent on skills they purchased for the “off list” cost.

For example, Phillip learns Waylay off list. Realizing there are more skill he wants to learn, he gets Rogue Basic Career Skill List. He will then get a refund of (15-5=10) build, paying for the list and giving him 10 build to learn other skills like Pick Lock with.
